Submit Your Application
Submit your completed form to our team. We will review your application to ensure we can provide the resources you need to attend your prom. Forms can be emailed to info.thecinderellaproject@gmail.com

Receive Your Resources
Resources are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your application has been received and reviewed, you will be contacted with your scheduled date and time to "shop" with The Cinderella Project. During your appointment, you will have the opportunity to select your formal attire, including dresses or tuxedos, shoes, and accessories.
We are honored to be part of your special night and are committed to helping you look and feel your very best.
